ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Workforce Solutions staff will work with you to design training programs to meet the specific needs of your company and can bring them directly to your location at a time convenient for you.
Our team will set up a meeting to assess your goals and expected outcomes, from there a customized plan will be developed between the college and subject matter expert. Courses can be held onsite of one of our four ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ campuses (Maysville, Cynthiana, Mt. Sterling, Rowan) or your worksite location. We specialize in a flexible delivery schedule that provides training that will work within your incumbent trainees' work schedules.

KCTCS TRAINS Funding Assistance
Through KCTCS-TRAINS, companies receive funding to assist with the cost of providing workforce training and assessment services to current, as well as, potential employees. KCTCS-TRAINS funds are distributed on a project basis and usually require a company cash match of 25%. Companies may apply individually or as a training network with other companies. ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Workforce Solutions staff will assist companies in developing training plans and applying for KCTCS-TRAINS funding.
